Professional Liability Insurance
Professional liability insurance is held with andsafe Aktiengesellschaft, 48159 Münster, Germany. The territorial scope of coverage includes activities in the member states of the European Union and thus meets at least the requirements of § 51 Federal Lawyers Act (BRAO).
Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution
The locally competent bar associations conduct out-of-court dispute resolution proceedings between attorneys and clients pursuant to § 73 para. 2 no. 3 BRAO.
The Federal Bar Association has also established an arbitration board for lawyers pursuant to §§ 191 et seq. BRAO for the settlement of legal disputes between members of bar associations and their clients.
